API calls to document capturing services are failing Thursday 6th November 2025 14:06:07
The issue where asynchronously submitted jobs are not picked up is escalating and also affecting synchronously submitted documents. These API calls will currently fail.
The document capturing services have been restored. Syncronous API calls will succeed again as normal. A backlog of asynchronous jobs is currently being processed, and will be completed over the next hours.
Update: The backlog of asynchronous jobs has been processed, and all services operate as normal again.
