High load on DocHorizon financial capturing model

The DocHorizon financial model is currently having availability issues due to an exceptional high load on our infrastructure. As a result, processing a document might take longer than usual, or time out.

We are currently investigating and implementing a fix.

  • We found an issue with a service that wasn't scaling correctly for the workload. After implementing a fix, processing times returned to normal.

    Klippa DocHorizon Degraded performance on the DocHorizon platform

    We are investigating an issue on the DocHorizon platform that causes degraded performance.

    The following items are affected:

    • Submitting async jobs might fail, and submitted async jobs might be picked up later than usual.
    • Flow builder tasks execution might fail or be slower than usual.
    • Logging in on the platform and viewing dashboard might fail.
  • The service performance is normal again. We are monitoring the situation for more abnormalities.
