Document processing issues when User Data Sets are used Monday 7th August 2023 15:00:00
We are currently investigating an issue that causes some requests that use the user data sets feature to fail. These requests currently fail with a 500 Internal Server error.
The rollback has successfully resolved the issue. The API is fully operational again.
The release has been rolled back, we are watching our monitoring systems to make sure that the issue has been resolved.
We have identified the origin of the problem back to a release of more than a week ago, we are currently in the process of rolling back the release.
