Klippa DocHorizon Unavailability of LLM supported services

Services that are supported by an LLM, such as the Prompt Builder, Salary Slips and Bank Statements are affected by an issue with our upstream LLM provider. Services that do not use LLMs such as Financial and Identity are not affected.

  • The issue has been fixed at the upstream provider. We are watching the error rates of our API to confirm that it has been fixed.

    API calls to document capturing services are failing

    The issue where asynchronously submitted jobs are not picked up is escalating and also affecting synchronously submitted documents. These API calls will currently fail.

  • The document capturing services have been restored. Syncronous API calls will succeed again as normal. A backlog of asynchronous jobs is currently being processed, and will be completed over the next hours.

    Update: The backlog of asynchronous jobs has been processed, and all services operate as normal again.

  • Asynchronously submitted jobs are picked up later than usual

    We are noticing an increase in queue time for jobs submitted through the asynchronous API. While async jobs submitted are typically picked up within a minute, we currently observe processing times exceeding one hour. We expect that all submitted jobs will eventually be processed.

    We are currently investigating the root cause of the issue.

    Update: this issue has been resolved.

  • Jobs that are submitted synchronously are currently affected as well. Requests may take longer than usual, or timeout.
