Services that are supported by an LLM, such as the Prompt Builder, Salary Slips and Bank Statements are affected by an issue with our upstream LLM provider. Services that do not use LLMs such as Financial and Identity are not affected.
The issue has been fixed at the upstream provider. We are watching the error rates of our API to confirm that it has been fixed.
