Klippa DocHorizon Flow builder issue on DocHorizon platform

The flow builder is currently unavailable due to an outage of a backend component. We are currently investigating the issue.

    Klippa Custom OCR API SSL certificate issues on Custom OCR API

    Due to multiple systems failing, the Klippa OCR API was unavailable between 2024-08-31 02:00 (CEST) and 2024-08-31 07:15 (CEST) due to an expired SSL certificate. The issue has already been resolved. We will make changes to our SSL certificate management to ensure that this won't re-occur in the future. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

    Klippa SpendControl Mobile/Web App SSL certificate issues on SpendControl

    Due to multiple systems failing, Klippa SpendControl was unavailable between 2024-08-31 02:00 (CEST) and 2024-08-31 07:15 (CEST) due to an expired SSL certificate. The issue has already been resolved. We will make changes to our SSL certificate management to ensure that this won't happen again in the future. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
