Klippa Custom OCR API Issues at cloud provider causing service interruptions

We're investigating issues at our cloud provider that are causing service interruptions.

  • Our server provider implemented a fix and availability is fully restored. We are closely monitoring the state of the service while waiting for our server provider to mark the incident as resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Our server provider identified the issue and is working towards a fix. API capacity will be limited while we're waiting for a fix.

  • The API is available again with limited capacity. We are in contact with our server provider to resolve the issue.
