Klippa Custom OCR API Stability issue at one of our service providers

Due to an issue at one of our service providers, a 500 status error might be returned by our API when processing a document. The document will be processed successfully when the document is retried. We are investigating this together with our service provider.

The rollout of the fix has been completed by our service provider. Everything is back to normal.

The issue has been identified by our service provider, and a fix is currently being rolled out. Intermittent performance issues may still occur while this fix is being deployed.
