Klippa Custom OCR API Stability issue at one of our service providers

Due to an issue at one of our service providers, a 500 status error might be returned by our API when processing a document. The document will be processed successfully when the document is retried. We are investigating this together with our service provider.

  • The rollout of the fix has been completed by our service provider. Everything is back to normal.

  • The issue has been identified by our service provider, and a fix is currently being rolled out. Intermittent performance issues may still occur while this fix is being deployed.
